Kaniyakumari (daughter of a virgin), is the southern most point in India. A constellation of rock indicate the geographical position where the Arabian Sea, the Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal all meet. A temple didicated to the Hindu Virgin Godess Kaniyakumari and a memorial to Swami Vivekananda sit atop two other big mid sea rocks immediately to the left of here.
